Description

You will own the infrastructure and automation pipelines for production services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, configuration, and testing.
• Own Helpshift production services, ensuring full monitoring coverage, troubleshooting, and fixing production issues.
• Build zero-downtime upgrade processes for core infrastructure including ScyllaDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code templates for secure cloud resource provisioning.
• Collaborate with development and operations to integrate security practices into the SDLC and conduct vulnerability scans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX-like operating systems and networking protocols.
• Expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in Python and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with containerization technologies and security architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Puppet, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of monitoring and graphing tools.
