Description

You will own the management and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters and AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational stability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes clusters, implementing configuration updates and performing regular operational maintenance.
• Execute cloud infrastructure tasks across AWS services, including DNS, load balancing, ingress, telemetry, and logging.
• Perform SQL database administration duties such as migrations, performance monitoring, telemetry instrumentation, and cost optimization.
• Develop automation using Python and Bash to support infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to CI/CD initiatives by implementing GitOps workflows and enhancing software lifecycle tooling and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, and database administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and GitOps tools, specifically Helm and ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for infrastructure automation.
• Proven experience administering SQL databases (Postgres, RDS, Aurora) with skills in migrations and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based service infrastructure to ensure performance and stability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telemetry instrumentation and cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
