Description

You will administer, secure, and optimize AWS infrastructure while driving automation and incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, and Lambda.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Monitor system health, security logs, and performance using CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Troubleshoot production outages, investigate security incidents, and coordinate remediation.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on AWS environment management.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CloudFormation for Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Solid understanding of AWS networking, IAM, and system administration.
• Proven track record of handling production incidents and security alerts.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect or Security Specialty certifications.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS).
• Security+ or equivalent certification.
