What's the Job?

• Provision, configure, and operate the Talk to SPI tenant on the GenAI platform.
• Design and implement end-to-end DevOps pipelines for platform assets and configurations.
• Automate deployment processes including knowledge base repositories, semantic layers, and platform settings.
• Support secure connectivity and integration with enterprise data sources and systems.
• Ensure platform security, operational monitoring, and compliance standards are maintained.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or AI platform operations.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash/Shell, and YAML for automation and configuration.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, and container orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise security practices, secrets management, and observability tools
