Description

You will manage production workloads and automate infrastructure within a Kubernetes-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes clusters and production workloads, including Pods, Services, Ingress, and Helm Charts.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and diagnostic debugging for complex system issues.
• Execute configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Support ITSM processes using ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and components.
• Proficiency with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for configuration management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in production.
• Familiarity with Loki, Mimic, and Teleport Remote Access.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing 24/7 operational support.
