Build infrastructure, tooling, and automation to support product initiatives and reduce delivery friction.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure to support product initiatives and reduce delivery friction.
• Scale existing technologies to meet growth projections and solve complex engineering problems.
• Provide architectural insight and technical guidance to development, quality, and site reliability teams.
• Liaise with external partners to provide technical expertise on security and business initiatives.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Ability to write Dockerfiles and Kubernetes YAML definitions from scratch.
• Expertise in Ansible, including writing automation playbooks.
• Proficiency in Linux compute, networking, storage, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Spinnaker, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Golang, and Bash.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Maven, and Gradle.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of progressive experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 months of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the HashiCorp stack, including Nomad, Consul, and Vault.
• Experience with large-scale multi-cloud deployments.
• Understanding of security and compliance aspects of DevOps.
