Description

You will manage and optimize scalable AWS environments and deployment pipelines to support development and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi, CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Manage and optimize cloud databases including RDS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and RedShift, including disaster recovery and high-availability strategies.
• Configure cloud networking components including VPCs, subnets, security groups, DNS, load balancers (ALB/NLB), and VPNs.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using CloudWatch and CloudTrail, and track SOC-2 compliance via Vanta.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudFront.
• Proficiency in database management, query optimization, and data migrations.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, routing, and security.
• Experience with Jenkins and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Knowledge of observability platforms like Datadog.
