Description

You will manage and scale non-production and production environments to support backend and web application delivery in a banking technology landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable environments for engineering teams as a service.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop custom plugins to improve Application Lifecycle Management.
• Synchronize non-production and production configurations to identify and bridge environmental gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve build reliability, stability, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve environment-related issues to maintain business-as-usual operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Strong command of Unix terminal and Bash scripting.
• Ability to code in Jenkinsfile, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, and Java.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and networking concepts (subnets, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing).
• Familiarity with Java/Maven backend programs and Node.js frontend applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or a business-related field.
