Description

You will provide Level 2 technical support and manage system stability through automation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and provide Level 2 technical support.
• Develop DevOps scripts for automated deployments and visualization.
• Implement integrations and build software to connect with internal back-end systems.
• Deploy updates and fixes while designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Build tools to reduce error occurrences and improve customer experience.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in Python or Ruby.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with .NET.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical investigation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
