Description

You will manage and automate the software development lifecycle within an Agile framework from a hybrid onsite location in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of DevOps best practices and application lifecycle management.
• Automate builds and deployments using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Design, develop, and implement build scripts to support automation.
• Design and implement application security compliant with State of Michigan policies.
• Develop monitors and alerts for system errors and performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in a technical position.
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 4+ years of experience with GIT.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly distributed, high-availability setups.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with scripting languages including bash, batch, PowerShell, Python, and YAML.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or APEX.
• Experience supporting toolsets including WebSphere, Eclipse, and Salesforce.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
