Description

Manage CI/CD workflows, incident requests, and SDLC processes for the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Utilize GitLab and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.

Required Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with GitLab and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident management.
• Knowledge of Nexus.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using Developer Portal and Stack Overflow for technical workflows.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience in DevOps or related roles.
