Manage automation, security, and monitoring across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and deploy automation workflows using the Ansible Automation Platform for provisioning and configuration management.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including workflow automation, secrets management, and security tool integration.
• Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security checks, managing policy-as-code, and automating compliance validation.
• Troubleshoot distributed systems and microservices architectures through log analysis and system diagnostics.
• Lead technical implementation strategies and mentor junior associates on automation and orchestration projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps and automation engineering.
• Expertise in Ansible Automation Platform administration, including playbook and role development.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD orchestration.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for API integration and task automation.
• Experience administering enterprise-level tools including GitHub, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
• Practical knowledge of Red Hat Linux environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and cloud-native services.
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and PCI policies and controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating automation solutions with AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of integrating security protocols within automated workflows.
