Description

You will manage and optimize the Atlassian suite to support enterprise-level workflows and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of customer requests for Atlassian enhancements, specifically Jira configurations.
• Configure Jira screens, roles, workflows, fields, permissions, and project automation.
• Assess Atlassian Marketplace add-ons and plugins for capability and potential performance impact.
• Manage issue collector capabilities and other typical Jira configurations.
• Deliver technical solutions within agreed-upon levels of effort while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Atlassian Suite administration (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
• Deep understanding of Jira workflows, permissions, and automation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and project timelines.
