Description

Implement and maintain the common toolchain framework, building features and managing releases. This role owns the release pipeline, troubleshoots platform issues end-to-end, and supports the full product lifecycle through testing and observability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy changes to the toolchain framework using semantic versioning and release management.
• Troubleshoot platform issues end-to-end, covering pipelines, source, builds, packages, dependencies, and runtime.
• Support the full product lifecycle by performing unit and integration testing on new changes.
• Utilize monitoring and observability to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback into the SDLC.
• Participate in on-call rotations and author support documentation or user guides for internal developers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a DevOps or Systems Engineer, or a bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
• Kubernetes expertise including Helm, Kustomize, CRDs, services, and operators.
• Docker container management using Dockerfile, docker build, and Kaniko.
• Source code management with Bitbucket (Git) and GitHub, including branching methodologies and pull request workflows.
• Build tools such as Gradle, Maven, and Kaniko.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, and YAML.
• Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and HCL/Terraform.
• Programming experience with Java, Go, Groovy, and YAML.
• Database experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Rancher, MSBuild, .NET, NuGet, Chocolatey, PowerShell, C#, .NET Core, or Django.
