Description

Manage on-premise RedHat OpenShift infrastructure and lead DevOps operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RedHat OpenShift in BareMetal and VMware environments, ensuring node management and high availability.
• Administer OpenShift services including Operators, OpenShift Data Foundation, Pipelines, Image Registry, and Serverless.
• Manage on-premise Elasticsearch clusters, covering deployment, index management, cross-cluster replication, and snapshot/restore operations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD systems using Jenkins, GitLab, and Helm, including pipeline configuration and Jenkinsfile management.
• Configure networking, RBAC, authentication (LDAP), and persistent storage via OpenShift Container Storage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience provisioning and managing containerized applications on RedHat OpenShift.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL administration.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab, and Git-based version control.
• Experience building and administering Apache/Confluent Kafka.
• Skill in writing Helm Charts, Kubernetes manifests, and Dockerfiles.
• Strong scripting abilities in Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with Linux and Windows System Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A10 Networks Load Balancing.
