Description

You will manage deployment activities, production support, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production support calls and coordinate with stakeholders during incidents.
• Execute deployment activities and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Debug and troubleshoot application performance issues to recommend technical improvements.
• Collaborate with software vendors to resolve application bugs and perform root cause analysis.
• Write efficient code that adheres to provided design specifications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle and MSSQL databases.
• Proven experience in production support and deployment management.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours during P1/P2 incidents.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency using Jira.
