Description

Build and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for data-driven microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring state management and drift detection across Dev, QA, UAT, Perf, and Prod environments.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub, and AWS CodeBuild to enable feature-based deployments and zero-downtime releases.
• Develop and support serverless architectures and event-driven systems using AWS Lambda, SQS, and SNS.
• Implement observability and monitoring using New Relic, Splunk, and OpenSearch to troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability.
• Enforce security compliance by managing IAM roles, least privilege policies, and secrets via AWS Secrets Manager and Parameter Store.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and ALB.
• Deep expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk and New Relic.
• Understanding of OpenSearch for logging and search.
• Ability to drive platform standardization and collaborate with backend data and QA teams.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
• Terraform Associate certification.
