Description

You will build and maintain scalable, resilient AWS infrastructure for data platforms, focusing on automation, observability, and zero-downtime deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, maintaining state and ensuring safe deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, Perf, and Prod environments.
• Build and optimize event-driven ingestion and consumption pipelines using ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, and SNS.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI, GitHub, and CodeBuild, enforcing plan-before-apply governance and feature-based deployments.
• Implement monitoring and logging using New Relic, Splunk, and OpenSearch, building dashboards and troubleshooting production issues for high availability.
• Manage IAM roles, policies, and secrets using AWS Secrets Manager and Parameter Store following least-privilege principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and OpenSearch.
• Deep expertise in Terraform for modular infrastructure as code.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, primarily with CircleCI and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Splunk and New Relic.
• Understanding of AWS DevOps services and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
• Terraform Associate certification.
