Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD to enable efficient and reliable software deployments.
• Work extensively with APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, automation, and operational support.
• Contribute to high-level system design discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across application, infrastructure, and deployment environments.
• Manage and maintain SSL/TLS certificates, certificate renewals, and related security configurations.
• Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure using tools such as ELK Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate operational processes and improve deployment efficiency.
• Support production environments, ensuring high availability and timely incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories using Confluence and track work items through Jira.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Implement and promote DevOps best practices, security standards, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD (Mandatory).
• Good understanding and practical experience working with APIs (REST, Web Services, API integrations) (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of High-Level System Design and architecture concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure and applications.
• Experience in handling and managing SSL/TLS certificates and related security configurations.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as:
• ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Splunk
• Dynatrace
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with automation and infrastructure management tools.
