Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and support Amazon Connect solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and APIs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Support software promotion across Sandbox, Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Amazon Connect, AWS services, integrations, networking, and applications.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to standards for source control, code reviews, release management, and operational excellence.
• Support platform monitoring, security, stability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in an enterprise environment
