Description

Manage deployments, automate workflows, and maintain system stability across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy updates and fixes while providing Level 2 technical support.
• Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization and design troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in developing or engineering applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Docker and Helm charts.
• Strong understanding of Linux and on-premise servers.
• Experience managing Jenkins jobs for test, build, and deploy cycles.
• Ability to troubleshoot CI/CD issues within Jenkins.
• Experience deploying new services in Kubernetes across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Creativity to create and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
