Description

You will manage Oracle Database 19c and 21c environments while automating infrastructure and deployment pipelines on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate Oracle Database 19c and 21c, including performance tuning and GoldenGate replication.
  • Design and implement complex CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
  • Script routine tasks using PowerShell or Bash.
  • Provide L3 support, handle incident management, and meet SLA requirements for ticket resolution.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Database Administration.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Database 19c and 21c.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design and GitOps workflows.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Bash.
  • Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other cloud providers beyond OCI.
  • Background in creating service improvement plans and knowledge base management.
