Description

You will manage and scale production systems across multiple data centers and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and manage critical incidents through debugging, fixing, and root cause analysis.
• Own end-to-end Kubernetes application modernization using a GitOps approach.
• Automate certificate management, DNS, mTLS, and auto-scaling to improve deployment velocity.
• Manage multi-stage backups using storage, Velero, and DB-native methods.
• Collaborate with product teams to define SLAs, SLOs, and monitoring/telemetry patterns.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in public cloud, automation, and Unix internals.
• 4+ years of dedicated DevOps or SRE experience, including familiarity with on-call procedures.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes containerization and GitOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GCP, and AWS.
• Expertise in CI/CD and DevOps tooling including Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, and Vault.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, Groovy, Perl, or Shell.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals, file system structures, and machine architectures.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, and NFS.
• Experience with log analysis tools such as Splunk or ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
