Description

You will manage incident investigation, system monitoring, and technical troubleshooting across the full technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Investigate first-level escalations and analyze logs to triage issues across backend, frontend, or database layers.
• Debug production issues to identify root causes and implement immediate fixes in frontend code when required.
• Build and maintain Grafana and Kibana dashboards for metrics visualization, monitoring, and reporting.
• Participate in Major Incident Reported (MIR) calls and direct cross-functional teams toward appropriate resolutions.
• Document incident resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Experience with React and Angular.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Ability to use Grafana and Kibana for dashboarding and metrics tracking.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend debugging.
• Experience with system log analysis and root cause identification.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Datadog.
• Understanding of incident management frameworks like ITIL.
