Description

You will support operations for services serving voice remote customers in Philly, PA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CI/CD pipeline to support service delivery.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical solutions.
• Contribute to project teams during new product implementation.
• Manage the overall upkeep and maintenance of the operational platform.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Strong proficiency with Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Proficiency with Linux and Unix systems.
• Experience using Docker for containerization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Understanding of monitoring tools including Grafana and Elasticsearch.
