Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain GitHub Actions including self-hosted runners, autoscaling, and secure execution environments
• Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) including upgrades, disaster recovery, and replication
• Create and manage GitHub Apps at the enterprise level; enforce enterprise-standard and reusable workflows
• Support builds and deployments across Java, NodeJS, Python, and optionally .NET and Go
• Administer, monitor, and optimize Kubernetes clusters — pods, nodes, namespaces, resources, and storage
• Design Kubernetes cluster layouts and manage infrastructure using kubectl, Rancher, and Helm
• Implement DevSecOps best practices across the software development lifecycle

• GitHub Actions, GHES/GHEC administration, self-hosted runners, GitHub Apps
• GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), GitHub REST/GraphQL APIs, GitHub CLI
• Kubernetes, kubectl, Rancher, Helm, Docker
• Terraform, Ansible — infrastructure automation
• Python or Java — scripting and automation
• Strong understanding of SCM, Git workflows, CI/CD, and DevOps/DevSecOps principles

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET and Go source code
• Cloud platform experience — GCP, GitHub Cloud (GHEC)
• Microservices architecture knowledge
