Description

Automate infrastructure operations and maintain stability within a three-tier architecture environment based in Phoenix, AZ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support automation workflows using Python and various scripting languages.
• Configure and manage observability tools, including Splunk, Grafana dashboards, and Elastika alerts.
• Manage network configurations for load balancers, GTMs, LTMs, and network rule creation.
• Execute security remediations and handle DDoS/BOT attack mitigation.
• Automate certificate management tasks, including SSL and message signing.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration and runtime: Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
• Proficiency in Python, Unix shell scripting, or PERL.
• Experience with monitoring suites such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, BMC, or Prometheus.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL queries and resolvers.
• Understanding of Linux OS internals, performance tools, and core commands.
• Experience supporting databases including IBM DB2, Couchbase, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with server-side technologies like WebSphere, JBoss, or NodeJS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Exposure to ITIL processes or enterprise platform migrations from dedicated to cloud environments.
