Description

Build and maintain SDLC control reporting frameworks, data models, and automated dashboards for engineering leadership and compliance teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design reporting architecture and data models to support scalable SDLC control reporting.
• Develop automated reporting mechanisms to measure control compliance, effectiveness, and portfolio performance.
• Build interactive dashboards and scorecards for engineering leadership, risk, and executive stakeholders.
• Establish data quality validation and reconciliation processes to ensure metric accuracy.
• Document dashboard logic, metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting processes for internal maintenance.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in DevOps, data engineering, or technology governance.
• Proficiency with observability stacks: ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana.
• Strong Python programming skills and Linux command-line proficiency.
• Experience with DevOps pipeline tools including XLR, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to integrate data from enterprise systems via APIs or ETL processes.
• Experience with SDLC, DevSecOps, or technology governance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software engineering metrics and engineering performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills.
