Description

You will manage continuous integration for software builds and deployments while designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems within GCP.

Responsibilities

• Manage CI/CD pipelines, including specifying environments, tools, processes, and infrastructure needs.
• Transition retail systems toward service automation using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Analyze and resolve technical system issues and perform performance tuning.
• Evaluate system requirements for availability, interoperability, utilization, and reliability.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and scheduled off-hour system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing and growing large infrastructures using automation and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling including IaC, Git, CI/CD, and configuration management.
• Working knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack.
• Proficiency with system languages including Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and hypervisor platforms.
• Ability to identify root causes of incidents and assess the risk of technical changes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualifications.
