Description

You will manage continuous integration pipelines and operate large-scale distributed systems on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, specifying environments and infrastructure needs.
• Transition retail systems to service automation using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Analyze system requirements for availability, interoperability, utilization, and reliability.
• Resolve technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and assess risk for technical changes.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and scheduled off-hour system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing large infrastructures with automation and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling: IaC, Git, CI/CD, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in system languages: Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and hypervisor platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Background in retail or high-transaction distributed systems.
