Description

You will provide L3 operational support for SDLC tools and manage production stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for SDLC tools including Bitbucket and JFrog Artifactory.
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for chronic application and system issues.
• Execute disaster recovery, failover activities, and ARC exercises.
• Coordinate server patching, vulnerability management, and access reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to implement break-fix changes and configuration updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of production support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Bitbucket and Git repository management.
• Hands-on experience with JFrog Artifactory.
• Expertise in Unix systems and scripting using Bash or Ksh.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for in-depth problem analysis and performance issues.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins and Python.
• Integration experience with Jira or Ansible Tower.
