Description

You will own the infrastructure build, deployment, and operational strategy for enterprise services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define the infrastructure system roadmap and long-term scaling strategies for the Infrastructure Platform Administration team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain infrastructure system configurations and associated procedures.
• Manage the build and deployment pipeline across the organization’s hybrid cloud environment.
• Provide 24x7 on-call technical support for infrastructure emergencies with a four-hour maximum response time.
• Collaborate with Software Architects and Application Teams to ensure optimal application performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of combined Development and DevOps experience with Cloud Service Providers, specifically Azure.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing logging/monitoring tools.
• Expertise using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
• Advanced container experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated experience with automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in managing monitoring systems like DataDog, SignalFX, or New Relic.
• Demonstrated ability to script and automate operational tasks.
• Experience managing and documenting infrastructure projects, including RFP creation.
