Description

You will manage integrations, deployments, and system reliability through automation and technical support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer-requested integrations and develop software to connect with internal back-end systems.
• Deploy updates and fixes while providing Level 2 technical support.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and investigate technical issues.
• Build tools and scripts to automate visualization, reduce errors, and improve customer experience.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in Ruby or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of Node.js ecosystem, including API development and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Understanding of Release Management, REST, and SRE principles.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
