Description

You will own the build, deployment, and automation lifecycle for microservices and enterprise applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage source code repositories and continuous integration workflows using GitHub, BitBucket, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
• Execute build and compile processes for Java and .NET applications using Maven and MSBuild.
• Handle Nexus Lifecycle management and execute automated deployments via uDeploy or XLDeploy.
• Support and enhance Kubernetes environments using Docker containers.
• Maintain application servers including IIS, WebLogic, and WebSphere Liberty.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency with GitHub and BitBucket for source code management.
• Experience with Jenkins and Bamboo for CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Maven and MSBuild.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Nexus Lifecycle management.
• Competency in Shell scripting and Python.
• Experience with Ansible for automation.
• Knowledge of IIS, WebLogic, and WebSphere Liberty.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HashiCorp Consul, Vault, and Kong API Gateway.
• Familiarity with ELK and AppDynamics monitoring tools.
