Job Overview:

RSquareSoft Technologies is looking for a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and platform engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems. This role is crucial for automating processes, ensuring high availability, and enabling efficient software delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD Pipeline: Set up and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Cloud Operations: Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Containerization: Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and deployment.
• Monitoring & Logging: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
• Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud and infrastructure security best practices are followed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment and operational processes.
• Automation: Automate repetitive tasks, improve build/deploy processes, and reduce manual interventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. 
• 2–5 years of experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role. 
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Shell. 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security best practices. 
• Must be able to join within 30 days
