Description

You will manage and automate AWS cloud-based production systems for large cloud-native applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain code to automate repetitive operational tasks and server provisioning.
• Own deployment and release management, including CI/CD, pod management, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot outages, identify root causes, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for incident response.
• Set up monitoring and observability systems to track metrics and respond to anomalies.
• Analyze system capacity and optimize infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps for large cloud-native applications.
• Extensive AWS experience including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, ElastiCache, Lambda, AWS IoT, and Kinesis.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container management.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Splunk.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows, Git, and SonarQube.
• Experience with multi-tier architectures involving load balancers, caching, web/application servers, and databases.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and Agile processes.
• Ability to develop code in at least one high-level programming language.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud Certification and Python scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines, enterprise-level device manageability, or SaaS solutions.
• Exposure to Gen-AI capabilities for enhancing monitoring tools.
