Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and support production-grade Kubernetes clusters, with strong focus on availability, scaling, and cluster health.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across microservices and distributed systems, including pod, node, networking, and ingress failures.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure using Terraform modules, remote state, locking, and drift management.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and logging tools to detect and respond to incidents.
• Own incident response, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes to improve platform reliability and resilience.

Experience:

• 8-14 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, and production support.
• Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices, Kubernetes administration, and production support in live environments.
• Experience managing cloud-native infrastructure, preferably on EKS, with reusable Terraform modules and scalable platform design.
• Ability to troubleshoot cluster health, autoscaling, resource constraints, and service connectivity issues under production pressure.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, monitoring/alerting, and operational workflows for deployments and incident resolution.
• Experience operating production Kubernetes environments in high-availability and large-scale distributed platforms.
• Strong experience with incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and permanent issue resolution.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Agentic AI.

Education:

• B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, M.Tech, M.E., M.Des, or equivalent technical degree
