You will manage and support development environments and workflows using specialized automation and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage deployment workflows using Gitlab.
• Operate and troubleshoot within Unix-based environments.
• Monitor system performance and application health using Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Support IVR systems and integrated application workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Unix.
• Proficiency with Gitlab.
• Experience managing IVR systems.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jira for task tracking.
• Proficiency with Splunk for logging.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.
• Familiarity with OneSight, AppDynamics, Grafana, and UIPath.
