Description

You will maintain the reliability and operational health of the platform ecosystem using SRE practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support platform reliability through Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Contribute to bug fixes within the ecosystem.
• Utilize homegrown Cap1 applications for automated recovery scenarios.
• Monitor the ecosystem and guide development teams on platform issues.
• Identify and address systemic pain points within platform behavior.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE.
• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency in observability principles and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Working knowledge of Golang, Python, or Scala.
• Familiarity with Full Stack concepts.
• Mindset focused on reliability and operational health.
