Description

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and infrastructure management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure to reduce delivery cycle times and improve team efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement preventive measures for stable workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to advocate for Agile delivery, testing principles, and DevOps culture.
• Govern the DevOps program by defining metrics, ensuring compliance, and proposing strategic improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience working with Continuous Integration (CI) tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing automation solutions for Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Strong proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of DNS management, certificates, and system monitoring tools.
• Ability to build scalable architectures that adhere to industry standards for DevOps performance indicators.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (PSM) or Scaled Agilist (SA) certification.
• Experience in a client-facing role guiding stakeholders on tool selection and usage.
