Description

You will own the DevOps program, managing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure to support Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to automate code testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to advocate for Agile software delivery, testing principles, and DevOps culture.
• Build scalable architectures and automate repetitive tasks to reduce delivery cycle time and improve team efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement preventive measures for smooth workflows.
• Govern the DevOps program, track metrics, and provide strategic direction to align with business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years designing and developing automation solutions.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub.
• Knowledge of monitoring, DNS, and certificate management.
• Ability to guide stakeholders and resolve issues quickly.

Preferred Skills

• BS or Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM) or Scaled Agilist (SA) certification.
