Description

Manage Salesforce development and the deployment of CRMA solutions using Agile methodologies. You will own the delivery pipeline, ensuring frequent and dependable releases across environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment strategies and efforts using Agile methodologies.
• Handle SFDC Lightning configuration, customization, and package-based deployments.
• Deploy releases across various environments and perform hotfixes and rollbacks as needed.
• Verify successful deployments and troubleshoot functionality, security, and data issues in Salesforce, Analytics, and AI/ML modules.
• Build and maintain automated production-grade systems and Docker containers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 1+ years of CRMA development experience.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with scratch orgs and package-based deployments in Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience building and deploying Docker containers.
• Experience automating device configurations, monitoring, reporting, and alerting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Tableau BI.
