Description

You will support and maintain data centers and engineering labs through hardware/software troubleshooting, configuration, and deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center and engineering lab operations, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage version control and collaboration using GIT and Perforce.
• Automate operational tasks using shell scripting, Python, and Ansible.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, and SSL.
• Administer Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data centers or large engineering labs.
• Proficiency with SCM tools including GIT and Perforce.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM platforms like Nautobot.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Ansible, and shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, and SSL.
• Experience administering Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenStack or other cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or RHCSA.
• Background in dense data center design covering compute, storage, and networking.
