You will own Helpshift production services, scalable GCP infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines for AI agents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Helpshift production services, ensuring complete monitoring coverage and rapid resolution of production issues.
• Design and maintain scalable GCP infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code implementation.
• Build deployment pipelines for AI agents, managing vector databases and model endpoints for AI orchestration.
• Implement Security-by-Design including IAM least-privilege access, secret management, and automated vulnerability scanning.
• Optimize GCP costs, manage resource quotas for GPU/TPU tasks, and establish connectivity between AWS and GCP environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience with expert-level Google Cloud Platform administration.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Bash, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps principles.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ElasticSearch).
• Ability to architect high-velocity CI/CD pipelines for microservices and AI configurations.
• Skills in setting up monitoring for system health and LLM-specific metrics (latency, token usage, cost).
• Understanding of UNIX/Ubuntu systems, networking protocols, and security architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, GCS, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Proficiency with Ansible and automation mindsets for complex systems analysis.
