Description

You will maintain production system health and support global infrastructure rollouts in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage production system health, including patching, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and configure automated alerts for system recovery.
• Lead production troubleshooting calls and participate in a pager rotation.
• Automate password and certificate rotations on application and database servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design multi-microservice solutions and improve processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT industry experience, including 5+ years in software and DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience using Kafka, Event Hub, NATS, or other messaging brokers.
• Experience with Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Cosmos DB.
• Experience with Databricks and Linux environments.
• Experience with DataDog, Splunk, or other logging and APM tools.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Azure cloud environment.
