Description

Manage and support enterprise systems administration, monitoring, and deployment across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts and build application dashboards for proactive system monitoring.
• Implement SDLC processes, driving continuous improvements and ensuring system reliability.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) hosted via Virtual Machines.
• Maintain IP networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and IP routing for high-availability architectures.
• Support database operations and administration across various SQL and NoSQL platforms.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience with enterprise-level administration and support.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and IP routing.
• Experience with databases such as SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Postgres.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Influx, Datadog, Moog, or ThousandEyes.
• Any Graduate degree.
