Description

You will own the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure automation for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD to improve deployment speed and reliability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible to provision servers, VMs, and containers.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and tracing with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows using Bash and Python.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud environments.
• Scripting experience in Bash and Python.
• Strong Linux/Windows administration skills and understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, VPNs).
• Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with Java environments and application servers like JBoss and Apache.
• Experience managing messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware virtualization.
• Background in Agile environments.
