Description

You will manage and oversee all aspects of the production environment to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production environment strategies, including application performance monitoring and optimization.
• Respond to incidents and improve the platform to reduce incident frequency over time.
• Automate deployment processes and support CI/CD pipelines for promoting software into higher environments.
• Design and standardize monitoring and alerting mechanisms for supported applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback on operational gaps, resiliency concerns, and capacity planning.
• Mentor junior resources and share technical knowledge across a global team.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional off-hours work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in supporting cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency with Ansible or Chef.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Shell Scripting and Linux expertise.
• Experience with Groovy scripting or YAML.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across complex technology stacks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
