Description

You will design, implement, and manage observability solutions within production environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable, resilient observability platforms for production systems.
• Manage observability principles including metrics, logs, traces, and distributed tracing.
• Lead incident response and conduct thorough post-mortem analysis.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using systematic root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in technical roles with a focus on observability or DevOps.
• 3-5 years of dedicated experience managing observability solutions in production.
• Expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger, or OpenTelemetry.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and networking protocols.
• Experience with time-series databases such as Prometheus or InfluxDB.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, DevOps, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or specific observability tools.
