•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
•Relevant certifications in DevOps / Ansible / Cloud technologies

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure and systems.
Automate the deployment, scaling, and observability of applications and services.
Continuously improve and optimize the performance, availability, and security of systems.
Work closely with the SRE team to design and implement deployment pipelines, as well as incident response and recovery plans.
Join an on-call schedule to provide support and after-hours maintenance of supported systems and services.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles within an automation-focused environment.
Must have experience in the financial industry.
Strong experience with configuration management tools (Ansible and YAML preferred).
Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Strong experience with observability and logging tools (Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch).
Strong experience with scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript).
Strong experience with security and compliance in financial institutions or other regulated industries.
Strong experience with GitOps, including continuous deployment tools.
Expertise with Git tooling and practices (GitHub preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) with a strong understanding of SOLID design principles and API design and implementation.
Experience with ITIL processes, including problem and change management, configuration, and release management.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to coach team members.
